CB&T Mobile Text banking allows users to obtain balance or recent transaction information via SMS text messages. Users can request this information for all enrolled accounts or for a specific account.

The following text commands produce specific output results. These text commands are not case-sensitive.
Bal
Returns balance for all enrolled accounts.
Bal [Mobile Short Name]
Returns balance for an individual account.
Hist
Returns the last four transactions for all enrolled accounts.
Hist [Mobile Short Name]
Returns the last four transactions for an individual account.
Help
Returns a list of the acceptable text banking commands.
Stop
Disables enrollment for text banking.

Q. Can I enroll for Mobile Text from my mobile device?
A. No. Enrollment for Mobile Text must begin within your online banking account.
Q. How do I get information for a specific account?
A. During the enrollment process, you must designate a Mobile Short Name for each enrolled account. This short name must be included in the text request to receive specific account information.
Q.How do I unenroll for Mobile Text?
A. Unenrollment can be accomplished one of two ways: Login on to your online banking account and de-select the enroll option, or text STOP to the Mobile Text number.
